Hello my name is Pete Sanchez and I have been serving the High Desert community for the past 16 years as a Law Enforcement Officer. I received my Associates of Science degree and Certificate in Administration of Justice from Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga and my Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Management from University of Phoenix in Ontario, Ca. I decided to pursue a career in law enforcement because of my passion in helping others in need or distress. I am also an entrepreneur and ex restauranteur. I got into real estate back in 2009 after the market crashed and became a real estate investor and landlord. Prior to getting my real estate license, I helped and assisted family, friends, tenants and acquaintances find their dream home and that always made me happy. I never asked the broker for a referral fee. I am now a fully licensed agent in the State of California and eager to help and assist you in all your real estate needs. I am an expert negotiator and most importantly loyal to my clients.
